Here is what we have learned in QAIS subjects,
Students are learning about the Sukoon in the Tanween letters, how to recognise them, and the rules of reading them when reciting the Quran.
In Qaidah students are taught as a group and do different revision activities individually.
In this half term, students will be learning Surah Al-Bayyinah, Al-Qadr, Al-’Alaq and At-Teen by Nazra (looking) as well as Hifz (memorisation). please help your child in Surah recitation at home, Insha’ Allah
*Quran/Qaidah homework is given daily and should be practiced daily *(except Fridays)
Surah Recitation will be every Tuesday
In Arabic, we will be using an adaptable primary school language resource website which is ideal for our students learning, to nurture reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through a wide range of games and activities.
In our first lesson, we have been learning about family members, students can revise and practice the lesson vocabulary on the language nut website.
www.languagenut.com they just need to login via the website or App using their details.
All students have been given login details and it’s stuck in their homework books.
- Students are required to complete the assignment/homework set on the language nut website.
- Copy the lesson vocabulary from the learn section in their homework books
*Arabic homework is given on Tuesday and should be returned the following Monday
In Islamic Studies, students have learned about ‘Basic Cleanliness’.
To complete Workbook page 64/65 on ‘Basic Cleanliness’
*Islamic Studies homework will be given on Wednesday and should be returned the following Tuesday
