Quran class is divided in the following order, one hour for memorization (reciting by heart), one hour for Nazrah (reciting by looking) and half-hour for Tajweed.
What we covered this week:
We started our method by increasing student’s memorization, you can find his/her homework in their diary.
Quran Homework (Nazraah):
We are reciting this week Surah Al- baqaraah Aya (211 to 216), we had read this Ayaat (8) times in the class to improve their Makharij and their Ahkam Tajweed rules.
We started our method by increasing student’s memorization collectively, you can find his/her homework in their Quran diary, which is about memorizing Surah Al-Mujadilah from Aya (6-8) at home.
Last week in Tajweed class, we had an open book test which was practising Idhaar. Such rule is one of the Noon Sakinah rules which is one of the main Tajweed rules.

Next week, we will continue by doing an open book test for the rest of the Noon Sakinah Tajweed rules.
Islamic studies homework
This week, we start a new chapter which is about Salah: our link with Allah. Homework has been given out to the pupils, and it should be answered by next week.
