Assalamu Alaykum Parents…
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:”The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although both are good. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek the help of Allah, and do not feel helpless. If anything befalls you, do not say, “if only I had done such and such” rather say “Qaddara Allahu wa ma sha’a fa’ala (Allah has decreed and whatever he wills, He does).” For (saying) ‘If’ opens (the door) to the deeds of Satan.'”
SubhanAllah these are testing times for us all, and for the school to have to close down so unexpectedly yet so quickly itself was disturbing for everyone. InshaAllah as Muslims though we never lose mercy and hope and we believe there is ease after every hardship. InshaAllah the school will reopen very soon and we will be reunited soon again!
Until then, lots of hugs and love to our nursery children. We have already been missing them all and cannot wait to see them soon again inshaAllah.
Work Packs
I hope you all received the work packs for the children and had a look through it all. Whilst some of the activities can be independently completed by the children, some will require your supervision and guidance please.
During all this craziness however, we didn’t forget to have some fun of course!
Lets take a look through last week in pictures…

PLEASE NOTE
I will be uploading stuff on the blog all the time so please do keep a lookout for it! We plan on assigning projects for you to do with your child regularly and expect you to subsequently send us pictures of the finished product.
This week’s project is to practice your JUNK MODELLING skills with your child!
YOU HAVE TO CREATE A PRODUCT/MODEL OUT OF JUNK ITEMS! for example, use a cereal box, tissue box, empty toilet roll etc to create something…
Please email pictures of the finished product by FRIDAY 27th March.
COMMUNICATION
I have the Nursery phone on and active everyday (Mon-Fri) between 8am and 3.30pm, so you are welcome to text or send me messages via whatsapp during this time.
Alternatively, I am available to attend any phone calls between 11am-1pm (Mon-Thurs), if you require any guidance or information regarding your child’s development or learning, or simply just need a teacher to talk to inshaAllah. I can understand this time can be difficult for us all but rest assured Suffah Nursery are here to help you during it all inshaAllah.
You can also reach me via my email add, Nursery@suffahprimaryschool.co.uk for any queries or information too.
We would love to receive pictures of any work/artwork or even audio recordings of our nursery children that they would like to show us. We want them to stay connected with their teachers and know we are still here to share their learning journeys with them inshaAllah 🙂
JazakAllahu Khayrun
The Nursery Team.
