Suffah Primary School Staff are always striving to help our children achieve to the best of their abilities. It is therefore with great pleasure that I wish to inform you of two success stories that have recently taken place.
Musa in Year 2 took part in a writing competition while in Year 1 (something that Ust. Saida arranged). Alhumdilillah he not only had his story published along with a few other children from his class but he also went on to win the competition. This week he received a number of prizes from the company. Well done Musa!
Mahru in Year 6 has managed to gain a 100% scholarship to Lady Eleanor Holles School. Mash’Allah a massive achievement after months of hard work by her, her parents and her teacher. All the best for the future Mahru!
On a separate note, the GL Assessment results are in and overall our children performed very well with many of our children placing above the national average. Though this year only some children took part in the tests, the results were very informative and showed us how well our pupils are doing thanks to the hard work our teaching staff put in on a daily basis. We hope that next year all of our students will participate. We will be in contact with parents in in the Summer term to discuss arrangements.
It is always wonderful to share the achievements of our children so if there is something you would like to share please email bursar@suffahprimaryschool.co.uk
