The children really enjoyed learning about how firefighters help us. We watched videos, engaged in fun activities, role play, and had great discussion on the importance of being safe! The children have gained great knowledge on various professions and how they help us. Alhamdulilah.

Welcome to Little Suffah Fire Station 👩🏻🚒👨🏽🚒
The children were encouraged to use tweezers to ‘save’ the bears/people and place them in the same coloured bowl. This activity will support children’s fine motor skills, learn to assort and identify colours.
Our focus story this term was ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’. The children really enjoyed creating their favourite bear and were able to recall the story in their own words. Amelia said “The three little bears were angry at Goldilocks, she finished the porridge, broke the chair, upstairs she went to sleep”.
Next week we will be exploring the profession of the POLICE and CONSTRUCTION! 🚔👮🏻♂️👷🏻♀️🚧
